Participant Requirements

The following requirements are necessary for acceptance into the TECC program. The requirements must be fulfilled by the time of departure to China . Please check the Schedules section for information about departure dates.

• Be willing to teach and assist students in learning English

• Be a native English speaker

• Possess U.S. citizenship

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher by the departure date (See Schedules Section)

• Be between the ages of 21 and 50

• Be willing to adapt to foreign environments
